Every order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Estimated U.S. delivery is 3–10 business days depending on your location and shipping carrier. International delivery times may vary.
While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing your claim, we’ll gladly provide a replacement, exchange, or another appropriate resolution.
Because many of our collections are produced in limited quantities, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selected during checkout
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item or color
Normal wear after use
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us preserve the exclusivity of our limited collections while providing fair service to every customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change? Please contact us as soon as possible.
Order modifications or cancellations are generally accepted within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Sincere International Elites is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was lost during transit, please contact us, and we’ll gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
